Trader
Apologies this is 2 days late, I've had a lot going on IRL.
From now on we will be bidding on and using Ebonheart for our trader. This is half the price of Windhelm but using our automated scanning to TTC we should see the same level of sales.

Paladins
The following outstanding members have really helped swell the coffers by becoming Paladins and each have donated at least 1 million gold with some donating far more. Many thanks to all of you from all of us. Ahrvanas

Guild Point Prize Changes Last year the Crown to Gold exchange was topping 3700 Gold per Crown. This was a terrific time for us Crown buyers and enabled huge prizes and large trader bids to be made. However since about August last year this price has been steadily dropping, partly I think due to the lower prices on the guild markets (due to continual events dropping rare mats) and the lack of Crown Sales. The current exchange is now 2000:1, almost half of what Crown sellers were receiving last year. Due to this I cannot get as much gold for my crowns as I did last year.
The introduction of the Paladin rank has helped raise about 14 million gold, but to put it into perspective with the raffle and sales tax that's enough for three weeks of a trader in Ebonheart, so whilst it helps it's still way down. There is a limit on how much money I am willing to spend on this game and because of this I am forced to lower the prizes offered for guild points. The prize values for the year have now been halved effective immediately. Here is the new prize structure:
Monthly for 2025
1st place - 1 million Gold
2nd place - 500,000 Gold
3rd place - 250,000 Gold
4th place - 125,000 Gold
5th place - 62,500 Gold
6th to 10th 10K gold each
Yearly (in addition to December's monthly prizes)
1st place - 5 million Gold
2nd place - 2.5 million Gold
3rd place - 1.25 million Gold
4th place - 600,000 Gold
5th place - 300,000 Gold
6th to 10th 50K gold each
I still think that the prizes are really generous and well worth trying to achieve. In addition there are prizes each week for the Mount Race and the Duelling event which add up to another half million per week.
NOTE: If Crown exchange rates continue to fall then these prizes will also fall. For context console gold to Crown ratios are about 400:1 (gulp!)
Much of what happens will be dependent on how ZOS move forward with this year's new seasons rather than chapters, if this is successful and brings in many more people we could see an uplift in the value of crowns. The big reveal this year is on April 10th, watch it on Twitch and link your ESO account to your Twitch account for a cute monkey pet drop. Catch the Clown Competition

Here is a few words on the event by our host Dribbles the clown.
"HELLOOOOO BOYS, GIRLS AND MUDCRABS! This event will run once a month and has a cash prize of... (makes drum noises) 600k gold for first place, 300k gold for 2nd place, and 150k gold for 3rd place. We have started easy this month with a trip around the Ebonheart pact and I hope you packed an extra pair of pants, Ho Ho. By the way, Do you know how many Nords it takes to change a lantern? ... 6, one to hold it up and the other 5 to drink till the room spins......... Hello everyone this is the first CATCH THE CLOWN event and here are your pictures and clues.
Remember to send a screen shot of your character standing in the same place as dribbles, we need to see your character in the pic (not first person). As well as a pic of the map showing your location.
ALL SIX pics need to be sent at the same time. Send the pictures to me, @teachersleight on Discord, see the compeition channel on Discord. All correct answers will be given a number and then the Google RNG will select the top three correct answers.

Clue picture 1
Top roaring sound upon a hill.
Travel too far, You'll catch a chill.
A rugged land where tall men stride.
Men bay the moon and vampires hide.

Clue picture 2
Between frosty water and cradle high.
A Nordic structure I do spy.
And so I'm left to say this motto.
I lost my knife beneath a grotto.

Clue picture 3
Through murky water, sun on my scales.
You'll climb up high this final trail.
Dogs and serpents are quite near.
Across the water I can hear..
Good luck everyone.
