SRS News Week 9

Hey folks, lots happening this past week, here's a catchup.

⚔️ New Duelling Arena⚔️

Every other Thursday, we hold the SRS Duelling Event. This is awesome fun and a lot of people have greatly improved their PvP abilities since starting this, me included. We don't take it too seriously and there are great prizes for the top three places, so come join us at our next duelling event. The Guild Village Duelling Arena has been upgraded this week. It's now bigger, easier to view the fighters and way cooler, take a look at the short video tour with Amalvid, my High Elf Pet Sorcerer, also it would be so cool if you liked, commented and subscribed. The more interaction I get with these videos means more views, more people wanting to join our guild and more reason for me to make more. Check out the new page just for Duelling, click here.

Trader 💵💸🤑💰💲

We are still in Raw'kha amazingly, I'm really happy about this as we get much better sales there than Ebonheart, so make sure you are selling all you can, our trader outperforms some other actual trade guild.

🌍Exploration is Back!🌍

The results from the poll are in, most of you would like the Skull Crusher event to be every other Friday, allowing us to reintroduce exploration also on alternate Fridays. So I have updated the calendar and for this week, Friday 27th we will be exploring a zone from 9 pm GMT/UTC and the following Friday, we will be running the Skull Crusher Event at the same time.

For those who have not done exploration, it's very relaxing and fun. We select a different zone each week and visit every location for lore books, sky shards, bosses, delves, and other places of interest so that you can log every item in the zone and fully explore it. A typical zone takes 1-2 hours to explore. There is an achievement for it shown here after reaching 50 exploration events. Topal the Pilot (also known as Torval the Pilot) was a legendary Aldmer explorer, poet, and captain of the ship Niben, renowned as the first to chart the coasts and rivers of Tamriel during the Merethic Era. He is credited with discovering the Niben River, exploring Black Marsh, and naming many of the continent's features

🎉Promotions🎉

Congratulations to @Kevmerlin on reaching 100 events. Kev is promoted to Event Dabbler and receives the 100K reward.

Congratulations to @strickenfire for reaching 25 events with SRS. Bank access unlocked.

Congratulations to @Phobus11 and Riraku on becoming Paladins, many thanks for your support.

Catch the Clown (by Teach) 🤡ྀིྀི

Ho Ho HOOOOOOO!

Hello Boys, Girls and Mudcrabs... Dribbles the clown here.

There is still time for people to complete the SRS "Catch the Clown" event.

So far, there are eight names in the running for the cash.

The winning names are pulled at random (I put them in a hollowed-out cheese wheel and roll them down Red Mountain)

The prizes are 1st — 600,000 gold ; 2nd — 300,000 gold; 3rd — 150,000 gold.

Winners are also listed in event posts, and all correct entrants earn the Clown Catcher achievement after 20 entries, which awards 1,000,000 gold from guild funds (Matt is soooo generous)!

The event finishes next Tuesday, so get a wiggle on and get your entries in.

What did the naked Breton sorcerer get arrested for? She was "streaking" in public. Ho HOOOOOO!

👨‍💻My First Addon - SaveGroup👨‍💻

You've finished the trial, you go to enter the players into the reporting tool, and you forgot who was there, or some have left already, and you never took a screenshot. We've all done it. How much easier would it be if the game saved that information for you? Well, now with the Save Group Addon, you can, and what's more, it will even populate the names in the guild reporting tool for you!
