Hello everyone
A big welcome to all the super new active members we gained this week, some of whom pretty much straight away became Paladins, wow! Here is a roundup of the current news. Guild News Master Crafting Hall Update As shown in the photo above, the Master Crafting Hall has been doubled in width. This allows room for every crafting station and the scribing station. The banker has now also moved into this area, along with the merchant and deconstructor. This room is your one-stop shop for all crafting, deconstructing, scribing, selling, etc. I am very pleased with the result. The roof was an absolute nightmare to build, as there are no gable ends or roof panels for a building this large in the game. I had to be creative to get it looking something like. I hope you enjoy visiting this area. If you like the Guild village, why not recommend it? Press F5, then T to recommend. We are currently at 330 recommendations, which sounds a lot to me, but I don't know how that compares with other guild houses. Trader Shiniaer in Rawl'kha is our trader this week. This is a prime spot, so make the most of it. I have bid on it again. I doubt we will win it, but who knows? Promotions

The following are now promoted to Paladins for their generous contributions to guild funds. TheFluffGamer
Kissed To Death Congratulations to Bogwolf on reaching 100 SRS events and receiving the Event Dabbler Rank.
Don't forget you can check what ranks give you by clicking this link Training Trials

by Enigmatic Tea: Hi SRS, me and some of the other officers have been talking about the idea of training trials. These would be trials specifically designed around players who have less trial experience and giving them the best possible opportunity to learn. These would be run by me, and one or two of our other veteran players, and the goal would be to take the trial nice and slow so everyone can understand the mechanics. In order to run something like this, we need to field interest from the guild so we can establish when the best time slot to run these would be (We want to run them earlier in the day to not overlap with other guild events and to allow for players with different schedules to attend). The assumed amount of time for these trials is a 1-2 hours, depending on the complexity of the trial and accounting for breaks. To access the poll, go to the training-trials channel on Discord
New Achievements

I've been coding again. Three new difficulty achievements will be added soon. The data is now being recorded in the archive database. No death has been recorded for a while, the Super Hard Mode is now being recorded and the Godslayer will be for the Trifecta of Veteran, No Death and Super Hard Mode in the same veteran dungeon (we are not recording speed runs). For those who don't know, Super Hard Mode is when each boss has its own challenge banner; these are all the more recent DLC dungeons and Trials.
Godslayer - The Absolute Conqueror There are three achievements. Godslayer above will require you to reach 10 veteran dungeons or trials completed with no deaths and super hard mode on the same run! This represents the pinnacle of difficulty in ESO. When you gain this incredible achievement, you will receive 1 million gold! - Must be a guild event with 4 guild members or 12 guild members if a trial, no pugs. I know this is beyond my capabilities, and I won't ever reach this milestone, but I believe for some of you it is achievable. The Undying Legend - Veteran's Perfection

This achievement is available for ALL veteran dungeons. When you reach 50 no-death events, you will receive this achievement and a reward of 250K gold.
Super Hard Mode - Master of Worlds

This is much harder, but not as hard as the insane Godslayer achievement. To reach this milestone, you need to have done 20 Super Hard Mode veteran trials or dungeons. If you manage to achieve this incredible level of magnificence, you will receive 500K Gold from guild coffers. NOTE: For each of the above, you need to keep an eye on your achievements and claim your prize when reached, as I cannot check all 500 of you every day! The above achievements are being added to the spreadsheet this weekend, all being well. A web page for this and the Skull Crusher event is being planned for release soon.

February Events
Check out the calendar here for all the exciting events in February, including a new event, Heart's Week! You will still be able to earn event tickets for this event. I recommend having 12 event tickets at the end of the event as we don't know if there will be any more events with event tickets before the game scraps them and they are converted to whatever comes next. Raffle
The Raffle was won by Whichisanykey, winning 810,000 gold. Congratulations, see the raffle channel on Discord for the numbers. Duelling Results Werewolf Duelling:

Have an absolutely fantastic week. All the best Matt Just finishing off with a few reminders. Discord Voice Etiquette & Community Standards
These are just a few reminders; nobody is in trouble, but some have sailed a little close to the wind, so it's worth putting this out there again.
To keep our Discord a welcoming and organised space for everyone, we have a few updates and reminders regarding voice chat and general conduct.
Managing the Crowd
Our voice channels can get incredibly busy—it’s not uncommon to see 20+ people hanging out at once! To keep the "Lobby" clear for general socialising:
Move for Events: If you are forming a group for a dungeon, trial, or specific event, please migrate your team to one of the designated sub-channels.
Why it helps: This allows those in the main chat to talk freely without talking over your combat callouts.
Audio Quality & Background Noise
If you aren't using a headset, please be mindful of "sound bleed" from speakers or background noise (TVs, roommates, or pets). It creates a distracting cacophony that makes it hard for anyone to focus.
The Litmus Test: Watch your name in the voice channel list. If it lights up, Discord is transmitting sound.
Pro-Tip: If you can't eliminate background noise, please use Push-to-Talk to keep the channel clear.
Our Core Values
The Skyrim Red Shirts is a community built on mutual respect. We want to ensure it remains a safe space for all members.
Zero Tolerance: We do not tolerate racism, misogyny, or homophobia. This includes "jokes"—they aren't funny, they are harmful, and they are a quick way to get banned from the guild.
Keep it Neutral: Please leave politics and religion at the door. These topics are deeply personal and frequently lead to unnecessary friction. We’re here to play and hang out, not debate.
Fact-Based Environment: We aren't the place for conspiracy theories (anti-vax, flat Earth, etc.). Bringing these up derails the vibe of the guild and doesn't reflect well on the speaker.
