Trader: Ebonheart Town Centre, Stonefalls We are back up to 20 pages of items, but I've noticed things are not selling that fast so for now we will remain in Ebonheart as it's a bit cheaper at only just over 6M gold per week. It's still a great spot, right next to the way shrine.

Server Stability

Recently we have seen long load screens and disconnects especially when porting to players. This is NOT YOU. This is a server issue and ZOS are looking into it.

Be careful what you write in chat

One of our players was banned for 72 hours for hate speech. He was in Cyrodiil and was shouting in the yell channel for people to get the flags, but a typo meant he wrote fags. Apparently in America this is a homophobic slur, in the UK however, it refers to cigarettes. Anyway, despite an appeal and @ZOS_Kevin chasing this up his appeal was denied. This is almost certainly because no real human ever looks at these appeals, there are thousands per day and it's a lot easier to let an AI do it for you. So, watch what you type, typing a slur like this will see you banned and if you do it again you could get your account closed. Appeals are clearly useless for short-term bans.

Matt Firor, the president of ZeniMax Online Studios, has announced that he his leaving the company later this month. The news comes the same day as Xbox is holding mass layoffs across nearly all of its studios.

In a statement posted on social media via the studio’s official account, Firor announced his departure while revealing that Jo Burba will take over as studio head. His exit comes alongside the layoffs hitting the studio as well as a game cancellation.

SRS AI Bot Training Our AI bot is getting smarter, here is an exchange I had with it after training the AI on every set in the game. I have still to train it on classes and skills but I'm holding back a bit until Update 47 is finalised. As such treat it's advice as a general guide, it's not always right but its more often right than wrong. It also has been trained with quite a lot of lore. I would avoid asking the question about the relationship between Molag Bal and Vivec though (LOL I know you are going to look that up now!)

The PvP Rules have been updated for Werewolves: The rules have been updated for PvP with the following addition for werewolves SECTION 3

1 Do not teabag defeated players. (werewolves may EAT their victim!)

Guild Points Reporting Tool

For those of you using the tool there has been a minor change. An onOpen script now runs every time you open the sheet, the purpose of this script is to ensure that the user's cursor has the first player name selected instead of by default A1. Previously, by having A1 selected a user could inadvertantly press the tab key and tab over to cells they are not supposed to see or change. A confirmation dialogue will show the first time you open the sheet as shown

This script will not need to be authorised as far as I can see. Please see the website channel on discord to learn more and read the script. Have fun!
