I am publishing this here and on the website as I think it's right to be completely transparent about how we do things in this guild. It helps members who are not Stewards understand what we may have to deal with; they may recognise themselves in some of what is written, and if they are ever thinking of becoming a Steward themselves, then this handbook can be their guide.
