Trials Signups are now via the website

Events are announced in Guild chat with specific callouts. For random dungeons, use '+ for RND'. For veteran dungeons, use 'LF 1T 1H'. Guild events have auto invites and are announced at scheduled times, like Monday Boss Bashing at 9pm UK time with 'Type SRS'. Tirals are signup for on the website under the Guild Points menu. These run on Wednesdays for normal trials and Sundays for Veteran trials.
