Crafting Request Form (Beta)

We have added a crafting request form to the website. It is in a testing phase but should work. Please feel free to use this form, you can send a test request if you like (add in comments it's just to test it). We are very limited on the amount of fields available without having to pay £7 a month, as it is this is the free version and I think it should offer enough for someone to make a set of gear.
