70K+ One Bar Dragon Knight For Update 46
Season of the Worm Cult
Introduction
Note: This build is evolving and not all skills are levelled yet, so you can expect the damage to increase. The build will be continually updated
This build utilises subclassing to give excellent results on the dummy and in content. We are using Passives from the Nightblade Assassination skill tree to give extra damage to this awesome bow build. Mercilous Resolve (Grim Focus morph) boosts your weapon and spell damage by up to 400, as well as giving you spectral arrows you can fire off as a finisher when the dummy or target is at a low percentage. In addition, the passive Master Assassin boosts your crit a further 6.6%, Pressure Points adds another 2.5% and Executioner is a nice resource recovery on kills.
The other subclass is from Templar. This is for the passive Burning light which adds 1313 DPS, and Balanced Warrior, which adds 6% to weapon and spell damage and armour.

Build Discussion
Sets
Oakensoul is of course the heart of and the reason why this is a one bar build. The mythic offers an enormous amount of buffs at the cost of losing the ability to bar swap.
My wish for this build is to be a ranged archer and so the typical DoTs that you would lay down from the back bar on a two bar setup are not required, this made Oakensoul the perfect choice. I wanted an archer that could actually shoot from a distance and in ESO the maximum range is around 40 metres.
This build generates insane critical chance, hovering around 95% in combat, which means virtually every shot is a critical hit. We are using the Thief Mundus to help us with this but the crit is so high we can if we wish replace this with Serpent for improved stamina sustain in actual fights, although heavy attacks will regenerate stamina and are very powerful so I've not needed to go down that route. Here are the sets I am using.

Slivers of the Null Arca (Trial Set)
Slivers of the Null Arca is a medium armor set in the Elder Scrolls Online that can be obtained in Lucent Citadel. It is part of the Gold Road DLC pack. Every 4 seconds this set fires a crystal at the enemy that does physical damage. Note: The perfected version of this set will add a little more weapon and spell damage (129) and should therefore see a slight increase in damage. An alternative to this set could be Coral Riptide, another trial set, and for non-trial sets, Pillar of Nirn would be a good choice. Many crafted sets would also work, but at a reduced damage output.
Highland Sentinel (crafted)
The darling of Dummy cheesing, and yes, I know what you're thinking, but bear with me here. As a ranged archer, I can find a position far back from the tank and can quite often stay still long enough to build up max stacks. In any case, this set is being drastically changed in update 47, most of the crit is going to be front-loaded, and the stacks will be earned more quickly and not drop off so fast. The downside is they won't stack as much, but this build accounts for the changes incoming.
Slimecraw One Piece
From Wayrest sewers is the Slimecraw mask, use whatever weight you need to gain the full effect from the Undaunted Mettle passive, boosting your resources by 6% as you will have some pieces of each weight equipped. This used to be the #1 choice before update 46, it had the highest crit of any one piece, it has been nerfed somewhat, but is still a good choice.

Oakensoul Ring
This mythic is absolutely vital for this build. If I take off the Oakensoul ring and run another parse the damage will be around 30K less! The amount of buffs it provides is amazing and nothing comes close. It does restrict you to one bar but that doesn't matter, as explained earlier, the theme of this build is a ranged archer at too great a distance to lay down DoTs.
This is the most tedious item to farm for the build, but I bet many of you already have this mythic as it's so damn useful and is usually top of every player's mythic list.
Skills

Acid Spray - Mericlous Resolve - Endless Hail - Lethal Arrow - Poison Arrow - ULTIMATE - Ballista
Acid Spray - Awesome AoE damage
Mercilous Resolve - The Grim Focus morph adds up to 400 Wep/Spell damage, has a great finisher too
Endless Hail - Good continuous damage with a stunning effect if you get the new skill style
Lethal Arrow - The main spammable, but continues to do damage for several seconds allowing you recover stamina with a heavy attack
Poison Arrow - Great Execute below 50% health
Ballista - Less damage than arrow barrage but whilst it's firing off you can continue to spam your other skills so over the same period of time you will do the most damage with this skill. It's fun to watch too.

Conclusion
Overall, this is a fun build that can do most content with ease. If you need a heal, drop Scatter Shot and use Resolving Vigour or just don't stand in stupid. A dark elf would do more damage, but I like my Nords, and it does give them more toughness in real combat situations.
UPDATES:
16th July 25 - Added stamina recovery to the Oakensoul ring, losing a little damage but making it far more useable
